Dear Community,
Have been using the site & app for three months now and not once, have emails with payment links that I have sent via the Square products, reached the customers inbox. I know all the emails are correct as I use them regularly myself outside of the Square app. A texted link to a UK mobile number works much most of the time but email for many customers would be easier.
Thank in advance,
Catriona

Hi Catriona, welcome to the Seller Community.
Thanks for flagging this here. It definitely sounds off that the payment links are working by text but not email. I tested myself by sending a payment link from the Point of Sale app to my iCloud email and it came through to me ok.
Let start by checking your spam folder or other email filters, as emails can occasionally go to other sections in your inbox. @SiegeMacGee
Also if you have another email address, can you try setting it up on your phone and then try to send the link from that email address instead? Just so we can try to figure out if the issue here is the sender or the receiver.
Thanks, let me know how it goes.
