How can I find what features are included in Square Online Performance Plan?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Performance plan

I pay for the performance plan, but don't see any benefits on my square account.
It's likely I've screwed up somewhere but after searching around for a while, I am no more informed than before.

Hi there @Marmalade, welcome to the Seller Community. 

 

Thank you for the screenshot & not to worry, it looks like you are just in the wrong section of your Dashboard. From where you are, in Account & Settings > Business > Pricing & Subscriptions you would see any subscriptions you have for software packages like Square for Retail or Restaurants, so on. 

 

To check out your Square Online subscription, you'd need to head to: 

 

Square Online Dashboard > Click your business name in the top right hand corner > Account Settings > My Services. 

 

Having the performance plan wouldn't necessarily look any different, you just have access to features that are only available on that plan like advanced reporting, being able to accept PayPal etc. I'll leave the full list here
