Why am I getting "State is invalid" message?

For some reason, everytime I try to put in my location information, or even add a new location, I get red error message that says, "State is invalid". However I am located in Jamaica and there is no section to put in a State, only a parish. How do i solve this problem.

I understand credit card payments are only in the US. Does that mean I can't set up an account outside of the U.S or other listed areas? I thought I would be able to at least use the POS as a cash system.

That is correct it will only work in the current areas.  Even as a cash POS as you have to have an account to log in.
