Why am I getting 404 error message when I go to view item in square?
Help me, Obi Wan!
I'm trying to view my new online item by clicking "view in square" and it gives me a 404 error. I've done this with all the other items and it's fine.

I've just taken a look at your site, and wasn't able to find a "all items" section - have you made some edits by any chance?

Once you click on any item, a menu pops up on the left with categories/items. The first section is “all items”. When you click on that, you get the 404 error. HTTPS://Crafticoletti.square.site

My website works, but the “all items” link does not and gives a “404 page not found” error. I’m not sure where you looked because it still doesn’t work.

It seems that your Shop page was not visible to the public. There is no actual way to determine at this time if this was something done by accident or internal. The good news is that is working like a charm! Glad to help!

Hi JJ,
I am having the same issue with my website. When looking at items to add to cart, the All Items button on the left gives a 404 error. Here is a link to a category page that has the issue.

I am having the same issue. The items work individually and by category, but when I hit ALL ITEMS, I get Page Not Found 😞 925showcase.com

I suggest starting out with the troubleshooting steps for non-visible items listed here. If this doesn't improve things, please reach out to Support directly by logging into your Square account and heading here for further assistance. It's difficult to pinpoint what may be happening without looking at your account with you, which we aren't able to do via the Seller Community.

Hi there, @mountaingold,
It looks like this is just a setting that needs to be adjusted. From your Square dashboard, go to Items, go to Categories, you will just need to change Online Visibility from hidden to visible on the relevant sites. Items should start to load shortly after. Please let me know if this helps!
