What do I need to be able to print orders/receipt from my online orders?

I currently have web online ordering menus items. When I received orders I would like to be able to print the order and receipt. How do I do this? What hardware do i need to enable this?

Hey @WilGab!

If you access your orders through the Square app or the Square Online website then you can simply select the 'print order' button.

I check that out. I see the Print Order button, I click that, yes it shows the printers, I can select a printer to print, but if I select a Thermal Receipt printer, it prints, but the layout is landscape, and there is no way to configure it to print like a regular receipt printer. It prints normal to a regular HP Inkjet printer size 9x11. My online items are for a restaurant menu and I would like to print it on a regular thermal receipt printer. Right now, there is no printer setting options or I don't know where to look or go about it. I would think this should be a normal configuration for an order menu system. Any further advice would be appreciated. Thank you for getting me to this point.

Hello WilGab,

                      I also have online square website for my restaurant. i use a star micronics sp742 matrix printer with LAN connected to it. on the printer  settings you need to have a print online orders set and the device should always be open with square pos. when you get online orders it will print.
