Square order not sending to Printful (item listed as physcial item)

I have a square site set up. I did a test order and it hasn't connected to printful in over 24 hours.  The item is listed as physical, so it's not that.  What else could be limiting the connection to drive a square order to be automatically fulfilled via printful?

Have you reached out to Printful to confirm if your integration with Square has been properly set up or if it's missing any action items to operate smoothly? On our end, the only thing we can recommend is reconnecting the integration on your Square Dashboard.
