Site Items Changing after saving and not syncing

I am so don't with Square.  I have been trying to add or update items and it has not been working properly for days.  Pictures I upload disappear, categories don't save, it changes the fulfillment option and the visibility option after I have saved the item.  I have to go back in and repeatedly make the same changes before it saves it properly.  

 

Then the items do not sync to the website either.  I spent hours trying to fix it on my own and then hours on the phone.  Support is a complete joke.  I spoke to an agent who could not help and instead was texting with an "advanced support rep" who only addressed the items not syncing and that was just to say that sometimes they sync more slowly.  I never got an answer regarding the items not saving properly and settings changing after I save the item.  Yesterday I got disconnected and put back in the queue.  I was told that I should "sit by my phone" because the original rep was going to call back which of course he never did.  

 

I asked to speak to a manager today after hours on the phone again and I was told that someone would call back.  I highly doubt I will get a call from anyone.  In the meantime, I can't get anything listed and have wasted hours of my time.

 

Has anyone had similar issues with site items and if so, how did you fix it?

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with your website. I believe there was a sync issue earlier this week that was causing some accounts to update more slowly. 

 

Are you still experiencing the same issues you described in your post? If you confirm the website URL we can try to re-index the site which may help clear everything up. I also recommend using a new browser in private or incognito mode just in case you are having a cache/cookie issue.

Thanks, I finally spoke with someone and they were able to fix the issue. Hopefully it will continue to work correctly going forward.
