Signed up with wrong email,

My Wife entered the wrong email when signing up for the account.  Now when we go to change the email the system says its sending to the orginal email we sign up with. We do not have access to that email 😞  How can I update my email address?

You will have to contact support because in order to change the email you have to click a link authorizing it to prevent fraud.
