Signature screen no longer coming up

Suddenly my tip and signature screen don’t come up anymore.  And I have to choose a type of payment every transaction.  I’ve never had to do that before.

Hi @Mjmalloy - What type of device and version of POS are you using? If you haven't already, I suggest deleting the app and reinstalling it!
