I have set up a shipping profile for my paint kits: a flat rate (I don't have real time shipping option) it is not showing up at checkout...I was online with Square live chat yesterday for 3 hours! It still isn't resolved. Everything is set to the USA the item has been added to the specific shipping profile. Also, no matter what address is put in SQUARE has a message at checkout that says address not valid...

@JULIEMORAES When you set up your shipping profile did you go in a select all the states? If I remember correctly if the states are not selected you will get the address is not valid at checkout.
