Shipping Method message at Checkout

At checkout, customers received message "shipping metod no longer available. Only shipping method is (and should be) free shipping.

Any suggestions for a fix?

I had something similar happen to me a few months ago. I searched all my settings and found that somehow (not me) my shipping setting had changed on the Square/Weebly website. Very frustrating.

Go into your Shipping settings on your online dashboard and also check your Checkout settings. I found out that all my shipping settings had mysterious disappeared and my checkout settings was toggled to 'not accepting online orders'. Very weird to say the least. Good luck.

I started getting the same error issue recently even though I have been selling successfully for the last year with not changed any settings.  I verified my Checkout still shows Accepting Online Orders?

Thank you for double checking those settings in your Online Store.

Since the other options didn't restore your ability to accept those Online Orders, I am going to recommend contacting our CS Team directly. This could be an account specific issue, so they can reach out to our engineers to dig deeper.

In talking with customer service, a glitch happened in the shipping section and this has now been escalated up to a bug.  To fix:

- go to your Online Dashboard > Settings > Shipping

-Under Destination Regions & Rates click on blue button to Add a rate under United States

- Title new rate as Free Shipping and choose All orders

-Save
