Payment link not including a required field

The item payment link does not always include the person's name on all transactions, even though the name is a required field. Look at the following dates:
11/19/2024 9:14 pm Name
11/19/2024 9:40 pm No Name (email address)
11/19/2024 9:14 pm No Name (email address)
11/19/2024 10:48 pm Name
Receive Name until 11/20/24 at 2:09 pm, No Name (email address)
 
What is the cause of the payment link not including a required field, such as the person's name, in the transaction?

My transactions do not always have the Customers name.  The only time they are there is when the Credit Card Company issuing the customers name appears or If I assign a Customer to the sale.  Here is a list of my transactions and on 2 out of 17 it shows the customers name.  I edited out the customers last name.  Now I have other transactions that just show Customer name as Discover Card User or Visa Card User etc.

To have the Customers Name show in the Payment link you would need to add Customer to the sale at the time of the sale.  On a Square Stand this is in the top Right of the Ipad.... Add Customer, where you can either select a current customer or complete the information of adding a new customer at the time of each sale.  I do not do this as it would take longer and most people do not like giving that much information for buying a Candle.
