As for the login for the community, do you have multiple locations set up? Sometimes if you log out and select a second location, it will ask you to create a new username or a new community account. If that is the case, its best to just log out and log back in again, and selecting the correct location.

I agree that this isn't a solution because it's the customers that can't access the link, not just me. I sent it to two different people and both got the same error message. They were both using phones to access the Internet and have previously had no issue with payments that I've sent.

Can you try to open it on another device or browser and also clear the cache and cookies @CTMaggie?
It seems to be an intermittent issue.

Hello All, Just like to add my voice to this. I am also having issues with my payment link. It was working ok and have had customers use it but today, I've had customers report the link no longer working. I have checked and can see the same issue as others are reporting on here.
