Online Payment Integration - Page Not Found

Hi,

Our website (PhP) was integrated with Square for payment processing using the SDK. Mostly it works fine. Some issues can be attributed to bank security checks not working but some customers are getting an issue with a page not found error when clicking the pay now button which loads square for the payment. Our developers are convinced this is Square being unavailable or customer connection issues. However, I'm not so sure it's not something in the integration.

Question is:

Anyone else experienced anything like this with integrating a website with Square as a payment gateway?

As community moderators, we are unfortunately unable to troubleshoot APIs and SDKs, as it is out of our scope. We recommend getting in touch with our developers on the API and SDK Developer Platform as they will be more familiar with how SDK and will be able to look at the backend to determine why this error is appearing for you.
