Help! Can someone from Square please reply. the attached videos show adding items to the item grid and then having them immediately disappear!!! It is so annoying and crazy.

@ggilmore Sorry for the delay in responding. Since this seems like a very time sensitive issue for you, your best option will be to call into Square Support so they can work with you in real time. You can reach out directly to Customer Success at [Redacted]. Please keep in mind, you will need a customer code to get an advocate on the phone. As far as the videos, they weren't able to load for me, but I would check to make sure all items are enabled for all locations in your Square Dashboard. Then, make sure your devices are all signed into the same location as well.

Thanks Ashley. Thing is I’ve been emailing and talking to people and they don’t answer which is why I posted here. I know the videos didn’t upload here but I copied the reference code from the email messages.
