POS item pages not syncing

My Square POS item screens are not staying in sync across multiple POS's. Does anyone else have this problem?  As soon as I add an item it will disappear.  Watch the videos.  Trying to get Square developers to listen.

Help!  Can someone from Square please reply.  the attached videos show adding items to the item grid and then having them immediately disappear!!!  It is so annoying and crazy.

Since this seems like a very time sensitive issue for you, your best option will be to call into Square Support so they can work with you in real time. You can reach out directly to Customer Success at [Redacted]. As far as the videos, they weren't able to load for me, but I would check to make sure all items are enabled for all locations in your Square Dashboard. Then, make sure your devices are all signed into the same location as well.

Thanks Ashley. Thing is I’ve been emailing and talking to people and they don’t answer which is why I posted here. I know the videos didn’t upload here but I copied the reference code from the email messages.
