Orders section of square app on Android not showing delivery time/date?
Hi on my iPhone it shows the date/time of the scheduled delivery in the square app.
On my colleague's android it does not.
Please advise?

Hey @TGPH, thanks for flagging this! That's quite strange -- I've tested with my colleague and the order managers will show the same information, regardless of whether it's an Android or iOS device.
In this case, please check with your colleague that:
- Their Android device and the Square Point of Sale app is fully up to date.
- If the Square Point of Sale app is up to date, ask them to delete and reinstall the app
- Does your colleague have the same permission as yourself to view information like orders, customer details etc.?
I hope this will help! If these steps don't resolve the issue, please let me know:
- The exact version of the Android device and the Square Point of Sale app they are using
- If they have a different permission set - does giving them permission to manage orders allow them to see the information?

Thank you for sending that on @TGPH. I can definitely look into this further. Before I do so, I just want to confirm the following details:
- Can you colleague go into the settings on his Android and confirm the exact Android version? Is it Android 10 or?
- In the Square Point of Sales app, under Support > About, can you let me know the exact version of the Square Point of Sales app?
- From Team > Permissions on your Square Dashboard, if you click into your colleague's permission, do they have access to view, edit and cancel all open orders?
