Issue Syncing

Hi lovely community!

 

For some reason my square and square online has stopped syncing. Any items I'm adding to square aren't showing in online. It used to. When I select 'Add New Item from Inventory' its just blank.

 

any ideas please?  I always sign out and all the syncing is switched on so a little perplexed.

Sorry to hear you're running into this @frondere! I would like to take a further look into this. Before I do so, can you let me know:

  • Are the items being created from the Square Point of Sale app or from the Square Dashboard?
  • Are you selecting the option to Add New Item from Inventory on a browser or within the app? 
  • When was the last time items sync over to your Square Online site?

If this is happening on a browser, can you try the following troubleshooting steps as they usually help with these issues as well:

  • Make sure your browser is up to date.
  • Clear the cache on your browser. Access the Help menu of your browser to locate step-by-step instructions.
  • Switch to a supported browser, such as Google Chrome.
