No address at checkout, I need address field to be there.

I want to get the customer address at checkout.  I have address selected in customer profile, and also tried to collect address with a custom field requesting address.  I just can't get it to show up at checkout.  Checkout is only asking for name, email, and phone number. We want customers to choose pick up, local delivery, or shipping as an option for receiving their fruit.  The only option when they place their item in their cart is pickup, even though I have shipping and local delivery selected.  Help?

HI, you can check a couple of places to see what may be the issue.

 

Is Pickup & Delivery properly setup?

Online Dashboard, Settings, Pickup & Delivery, upper right Advanced Settings, Default Fulfillment Method

 

Does each item correctly state its fulfillment method?

 

Checkout Fulfillment Method properly setup?

Online Dashboard, Settings, Checkout, upper right Advanced Settings, scroll down to Default Fulfillment Method
