So, Thats new. Picture Distortion when adding LInk

My Main Photo, on the Home Page is, well fine. BUT when I add a link to it to got to SHOP ALL the image disappears from the page (so if you open the store page just to see how it looks in a new browser window) The picture disappears. So You refresh, obsessively to no avail. Go back to edit, remove the link, do a click in the 'undo' arrow, re-publish, check in browser, and its back!

Since my Image says 'shop now' i would like it also to link to Shop ALL when clicked.

Where does my image go when linked? Dont try to fool me and tell me its still there, because well, its not.

Secondly (on the same issue) after you've published and the pop up box has a direct link to your site--If you click on that to check after you've tried to link it, The picture looses quality dramatically. Does it link though? Dunno. Was to distracted and freaked out by the fact it was distorted to poor quality and rushed it closed to go fix it.

Why does that happen?

All issues, whether distorting or disappearing all seemed to be a result of trying to link the picture. Is it something I am doing? I'll accept that. But I couldn't imagine what. I did not have the same reaction to my 2nd photo gallery lower on the page.

HI, thank you for the screenshot.  The Banner Image is not equipped to be a clickable link.

You can add a section ex.About Us which includes Image and Text.  You can remove the text.  The image is clickable by adding the link in the Content, Image section, then scroll down to Customize, Layout choosing the 3rd option.  This makes it the main image that is clickable.  To disable the Banner Image turn off the radio button.

Final presentation may or may not be what you are wanting.

Hope This Helps!
