My new wireless chip card reader does connect to my Nexus 7 tablet.
My Contactless + Chip Card Reader will not connect to my Nexus 7 tablet. Other Square products to connect to the same Nexus Tablet but not the Chip Card Reader. I have Bluetooth on and I have the latest Square Application. I can plug in my old Square Chip Card Reader and it connects fine but not the recently aquired Contactless + Chip Card Reader. Everthing is charged and working and it tries to connect but it keeps saying, "Your Reader is Disconnected" What is wrong here??? Dan.

Hey @nuthead48, thanks for reaching out here and sorry to hear about the trouble with your Contactless and Chip Reader. It should work with your Google Nexus 7 — as that device is supported. 🤔
It sounds like you're encountering an issue that a handful of sellers brought up in another thread — if you don't have a strong internet connection, it may cause the reader trouble. More information here: Contactless Chip Reader is disconnecting intermittently.
Hope this helps — please let us know if anything else comes up!
