Multiple Employees Clocked in Tracking Sales

I run a hair salon and we have multiple employees clocked in at once. The problem we are facing is that since all of us share the same cash register, I see no way to track who did which sale. When you make a sale there is no section for the employee to put in their personal number. This is very important for keeping track of commission. How can I have employees individually input their ID when there are multiple people clocked in at the same time?

Have you already set up Team Management for your account? If not, check out this help article for how to get Team Management enabled and permissions set correctly.

Once you do, on your Point of Sale hit the three bars in the lower left then Settings. Look for the Passcodes section and enable them. You can also set up timeout settings and the like on this screen.

In the lower right of the screen you will now see a "Log Out XX" (where XX is your initials). Hit that to get to the passcode screen.

For tracking team sales, you can filter by team member in all your reports.
