Lost connection to all peripherals
We lost our periferals before installing the ios11.4, but the software upgrade had been downloaded automatically, just not installed. Prior to ios11.4, the chip reader would connect and disconnect during the sales process when there was a screen change. Now, the reader, register, printer and BarCode reader are all dead. Cold restart did not help. I am able to swipe cards, but I have more and more Apple and Droid Pay customers who don't carry cash. Process is a bit slower but please get this resolved.

Hi @AirPlay - I've moved your post over here because the thread you previously posted on is a known issue only for those sellers using Stand with iOS 11.4. It seems like your issues began before that iOS was on your iPad.
To help you troubleshoot, can you share what iOS version you were on when this issue stared, what peripherals you have, what iPad you're on, and what version of POS? That will help us figure out a solution for you.

Can't help on the IOS version before 11.4
As for peripherals, We use your Bluetooth Card Reader for chipe and apple/droid pay
we use a direct wire cash drawer and the Star TSP100 receipt printer.
Where do I locate our License number?

Hi @AirPlay - Sounds like you might be impacted by multiple issues. If you noticed your peripherals dead as of your installation of iOS 11.4, you are probably affected by it since those symptoms you described are similar to what we've been hearing.
