Last Years 1099-k and Fees
Since I cannot login to my account via my computer, I am stuck looking for tax information on my phone app.
I can find fees, but cannot run a report for 2023 unless I look at it month by month and hand right the information.
Also, there is no link in the phone app that I can see to run a 1099-k 2023 report.

Hey there @NYRainman, I am sorry again you are having the dashboard issue. I did reply to your other thread and let you know our team is investigating this for you. The 1099k information is not available via the app, only Dashboard. When I look at my sales report I do see the option to view the current year. But if you want to view the previous years it would have to be done month by month. I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while our team works on this!

Here is how crazy this login problem is going, just using yesterday's experience. I was able to login only once in the morning via Chrome, then in the afternoon and all throughout the day, I could not login. Then late last night I tried again and was able to login. Can't be anything on my end because I am able to login to various other accounts I use online from other companies.
Also, are there settings within Chrome that need to be set a certain way?

Jeez, I am not sure why this is happening. No, your Chrome settings do not have to be set a certain way. I will keep an eye on the ticket and let you know what they say@NYRainman.

Hi, recently support has been contacting me about browser problems I've been having, but now another problem has arisen, which I will be contacting them about also, but wanted to drop this here for some comments.
Occasionally when payments are made I've seen this error message: We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again.
But today a parent contacted me and stated they've tried three times during the day and got the same message. Then after they contacted their credit card company, they were told that their credit card company was not accepting payments via Square anymore because of too many fraudulent charges. What's up with this?

Hello there @NYRainman. This is a very interesting report. I haven't seen any reports of companies not allowing debits from Square. I would recommend gathering the details of this transaction (Issuing Bank or institution name, type of card Credit or Debit, and lastly the brand of the card Visa Mastercard), and reaching out to our support team, so they can take a closer look.
