I'm having an issue with dashboard. Noticed it last night, thought maybe it was just my timing with an update, issue, etc. But it's the same today.
When I go to 'Items', 'Transactions', 'Reports' 'Invoices' I get the oops something went wrong message.
I need to manage my business. Square Tech, any info on this?

Sorry for the delayed response here.
We were experiencing outages earlier with all of our services that utilize the customer directory database.
The banner shows at the top of the Community here for our Status Page where we've been sharing updates. Sorry for the disruption!

I'm in the same boat. Was there a notification I missed? I thought it was just my phone at first, but it the same with the laptop.

There are no transactions showing at all while hitting the transactions button on the dashboard

The status report is incorrect. I can not access my Item library and when I asked for an ETA on when this will be fixed, I was told they don't know. How can I do my business if I cant add items to my library??

I'm now having this issue and it's 4/21/22. Nothing is showing as an issue and I can't get in touch with anyone. Need helps ASAP

I can't do anything to create an invoice either. Tried different browsers, different computers, different windows. It won't open my template. Just says "Oops, something went wrong." Frustrating! I've got work to do, & I need to collect payments.

Having the same issue for weeks and still today. I get the Oh no, something went wrong error when i click Items Library. I'm able to edit on the iOS app for the same account, but want to edit in a browser.
