Invoices: The payment page won't load for my customer

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: payment page wont load

 

I sent my customer an invoice & she is on a mobile phone but when she clicks to pay the page wont load.

Hey @StephanieM - Is your customer's internet connection keeping it from loading or are they seeing an error page?

She said it is just a white screen with the thing spinning.

Sorry to hear that @StephanieM, it sounds like the issue might be with your customer mobile phone. Your customer might need to check for an update to their mobile phone - or they contacting their cell phone provider for troubleshooting help.

 

In the meantime they could try opening the Invoice link from a different device. You can resend the invoice or share a link to the invoice with your customer (i.e. you can paste the link to share it via SMS or send it to another email address) so they can try on another device.
