I sent two invoices and canceled one, but my customer say she was charged twice?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Invoices

 

I posted an invoice for a customer and also hit duplicate. I saw where it made two invoices on my customer. I canceled one of them. 
My customer says she has two charges on her bank transaction register. Why if I canceled the one right away?

Hello @LisaLudlum - That's a good question. It sounds like you went through the steps of cancelling an invoice just fine. Unless the customer accidentally paid both invoices by mistake. It's tough to tell since we can't see into account information here in the Community.

 

If you want to give our CS team a call, they'll be able to look at that invoice and see what happened.
