I had posted items to my site a while ago and then deleted the items. One item still shows on my site when I enter the URL as if I were a customer. I don’t see it listed under my items. And can’t figure out how to remove it. When I click on the item to add it to my cart, it shows Error 404. Please help!

Hi Bykristengrace,
Something to try - Assuming you published your site after you made your item changes.
You need a fresh start using your web browser to look at your site.
Make sure you're logged out of your Square Account.
Next, delete your web browser's cache, temp files, history, etc. (Clear History - all time works best)
Then close your browser, reopen it and try viewing your site again.
Most likely your browser is showing info from it's cache as this speeds up loading times and when you click on the item, the site is refreshing which gives you the 404 error because the item is no longer there.
Understand that the volunteer Community is not the same as Tech or Customer Support - we can only offer suggestions from past experiences. If you do need additional support, you may have to contact them as they can look at your account.
