I accidentally charged someone on an inactive location- the money is not in my balance

When I moved I apparently set my old location to inactive.  I wasn't aware that I was logged into the inactive location on the app and charged a customer card.  It shows in the sales and transactions, but not in my balance and I did not receive an email.

 

Will I receive the money?  Do I need to refund her and charge under a different location?  I reactivated it, but it's still not showing in my balance. Can't call square because it's Saturday.
