As owner our Two step verification code comes to my iPhone, however I’m not there and manage shop remotely. How can I set up so my staff can get the code?

Hello @coffeelady !
You can set up trusted employees to get the TFA code to their phones.
Dashboard -> Account & Settings -> Account -> Personal Information
Look for the 2-step verification section and add their phone number. When they go to log in, they will get a list of known phone numbers (last four digits only). They can choose their number and the code will go to them.
