Facebook shop autogenerated posts not showing primary image

I have a successful integration from my Square site to my Facebook shop. On my Square site, I have an item listed with a primary photo of that exact item, and some other photos of the item in a different print or color (to show what it looks like when worn). When I add new items (Square online) Facebook automatically generates some posts "new item added to shop." Most of the time, the photo that accompanies the post is NOT the primary image that exists on my website listing and therefore does not match what that actual print/color is. Is there a setting on Square (other than just deleting all the images other than the primary image) to get it to pull the primary item image?

What are the dimensions of the main image you are using? Are the ones showing a idfferent size?

What's the URL of a product in question? It can be ran through Facebooks debugger tool as well.
