Disappearing appointments

Appointments keep disappearing off my books so I think the time is open then after booking the appointment sometimes days or weeks later I'll have 2-3 appointments at the same time. I have to call people to apologize and reschedule then come in on my day off to get them in. It's infuriating really.

Hey @StellaMB - That definitely sounds out of the ordinary. My first suggestion would be to make sure you that the most updated version of the app within your App Store. If you do, try these Appointments App troubleshooting tips as well as these steps for troubleshooting your Availability.
