Customers saying there is no link to pay their invoices.
Hi! I had 2 different customers today contact me that there is no link to pay their invoice. Anyone have any thoughts?

Are your customers still encountering this issue? If so, can you suggest that they give these browser troubleshooting tips a quick run-through? If that doesn't do the trick, please let our Support Team know which web browser and email provider they're using, and which invoice is encountering the issue.

Hi! Thanks for replying. I had to send the invoices a few times before they went through properly. Not sure what was going on but they were finally able to submit payment.

If, by chance, it happens again — please feel free to take down the invoice information and get a screenshot of the missing button, then send it over to us directly. We'll definitly take a closer look. 👍🏻

I sent my client an Invoice and they told me the link does not work. It happened to two different people at the same Company.
Did I do something wrong?

I moved your post to an existing thread where another seller was having the same issue.
I'd recommend trying @Tom's troubleshooting steps above.
It sounds like it's just a browser issue on their end.
