Customers cannot open contract even though email address matches when on mobile device

Customers keep receiving this error despite the email address for the client being correct. Have attempted numerous different emails and none of them will open the contract. Same error received each time.Seems to work on computer but not on mobile devices.

Have you gotten in touch with our Support team about this yet?

 

They can take a look at your account with you to help a shine light here, as they are able look at your account alongside you.

If they can't resolve this on their own, they can file a ticket for our engineers to look into!
