My customer cannot leave a review for my items. When she clicks on the link to leave a review, the option to give a star rating is not enabled. I have tried turning off customer reviews and turning it back on to reset it, but it doesn't solve the problem. Anyone know how to fix this?

I just tested this on your account and it definitely is experiencing a problem. Please give us a call at 855-700-6000 between 6 am - 6 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday so our team can look closer into this and escalate if needed. If you call outside of these hours, you will be required to enter your Customer Code to validate your account.
