I'm having trouble sending a contract to my customer. When I hit send, it emails the contract to me, instead of my customer.
When I attempt to forward the email with the contract to my customer - she is unable to open it, because she is asked to create a square account.
I'm sure there's a simple something I've done wrong - if anybody can help me out - I would REALLY appreciate it!

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.
When you send a contract from the Contracts section of the Online Dashboard, you'll go through the following steps:
Then, a copy will be sent to both your customer AND you. The email that is sent to your customer will just ask them to verify who they are. This could be via a confirmation code or email. Did they receive that?
