Automation of orders via Square to Printful Fulfillment?

Hey everyone - I have an order that has come through my store via the online square store that I have connected to Printful. 

 

So far - the order continues to be marked as 'pending' - and has been now for 30 minutes. 

How long should I expect to wait for the order to send from square to printful, I feel like it has been too long already, and something is wrong as I know I don't need to manually enter each of the orders that come through when it has been integrated. 

Anyone have any thoughts/ideas? Brand new to this integration, and want to make sure that it's working right.

I recommend reaching out to Printful if this problem still persists. On our side we can only control the connection and disconnection of the integration.
