Yesterday we lost connection to our ipad square app. Today, busiest weekend we still can not access. Required is Verification Code of which is supposed to come to my iPhone number however nothing is coming through, over and over trying. Called tech support and there's no weekend help, was told by WEEBLY rep to call back Monday-Friday 6am...????
I'm so frustrated as we can't log in to access our menu, credit card sales etc. Anyone else experiencing same?

I am sorry about this experience @coffeelady we definitely had a situation Friday that affected our logins and payment processing. However, this was resolved the same day so if you experienced difficulties over the weekend you will definitely want our Support team to look into your account and what could be causing your 2 Step Verification code not to make it to your phone.
