Why won’t my cost of goods update when using the square retail “inventory receiving” feature.

When I use the inventory receiving feature it’s FANTASTIC … BUTTT once i set the list of new product received and the quantity the next screen is cost of goods. The cost of good feature is not saving, quantity is saving and updating properly, but cost of goods does not. I receive product multiple times a week and this is beginning to get frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @LiquorMartSouth - I'm sorry to hear that this issue with your inventory has brought you to the Seller Community.

 

This does sound off, but it's difficult to pinpoint what may be happening without looking at your account and reports with you, which we aren't able to do via the Seller Community. For this type of issue, I suggest that you get in touch with the Square for Retail Support Team so they can take a closer look and determine whether this is expected behavior or not.
