Why are my items not appearing online after I added them with my phone?

I have checked all of my settings and everything seems to be correct. The function where the items are supposed to be automatically uploaded to the site is turned on. Can anyone assist?

Have you tried looking online catalog for the items (in square online)?

We have had some syncing issues as well.
