Square Online: How do I display the picture for a variation?

I have set up variations with pic for each product I sell. I am noticing though that when a customer selects a variation, the associated pic is not being shown, only the main picture.

How can i change this? Thanks

HI, when you add a variation and have a photo for it, you can select which photo by selecting the + alongside the variation name.

Thank you, yes, I've done that, but when a customer is purchasing an item and selects a variation, the main picture is not changing to the variation picture, which I would assume it would

HI, I believe it is the format you have the store items in.  The popup can only display the main image.

You can see a different format here, two different designs.

HI, from Online Dashboard, Website, Edit Site, Shop All click the 3 little dots, select Switch Template, popup to select for Shop All (Retail Features).
