Shippo Implementation Shortcomings

I think it is unacceptable that a shipping implementation does not work for my bricks and mortar store. Shippo works great for my ecommerce site but my physical store is completely without a shipping option. How can I ship customer phone orders or instore orders from Shippo and then send the same tracking emails as my ecommerce customers receive. This implementation was not thought out. I just upgraded so I could use the Square emails and to discover they don't work with my bricks and mortar store is very upsetting. Anyone have any suggestions?
