Remove Items from Online But Not Item Library

I would like to remove items from my Online without removing them from my Item Library. Is there a way I can do this?

Are you using the Weebly site? Did someone set it up for you? There are a couple of ways to display Menu Items, but if my memory serves me correct you can click on the section, then when it pops up on the left you can then typically remove items. 

I think you can also click on the Item itself - edit it and then scroll towards the bottom and I think there's a checkbox for not displaying it online. I'm almost positive.

We're setting up the Weebly site to use Square Online. We're expanding from just using Square as a POS in our shop. 

We carry a lot of artist's work and we have had the inventory set up with the ITEM being the name of the artist, and the VARIATIONS being the products. So: ITEM is Sally Jones and VARIATION is 3" Gold Hoop Earring, or Silver Studs (etc). This has worked fine for us until we went to add in the online shop. The hurdle is that I only want to feature a set number of variations of each item in the online shop: say Sally Jones has 35 sets of earrings in the shop, but I only want to have 10 available for online purchase. I still want to keep all 35 active so I can sell everything from the brick and mortar, but only want 10 visible on the online shop. 

Do I need to reconfigure my entire inventory to make this happen? @PreOrder_Apps

Oh that's clever. Yeah, our existing architecture should adapt to that perfectly. We have a 2 column grid with square images of each product - so it sounds like that would be your Artist, then when you click on it, you would just see all of their goods/items/products, right?

We are integrated with Square Inventory also and built this crazy system to give our Square Clients way more control, so you can easily hide any Items and/or Variations from the App without messing with them in your Square Account! Easy stuff.
