Is there not a way to have the Expected Delivery Date populate on a purchase order? This is a key piece of information to send to a vendor when placing an order.
Also it would be nice if Purchase Orders could be searched by item name, and if the summaries were exportable i.e. so that we could run reports to see how much we spent with various vendors in the past year for example
Welcome to the Community, @LSM12345 -
Thank you for reaching out about adding more information to your purchase orders. Right now, the way to accomplish this would be to add the info into the line items.
For a specific area to enter that Expedited Delivery date would be a Feature Request. This will be tagged as a such for our Product Team. Keep an eye out for our Product Updates for upcoming launches.

Would be nice if it populated the PDF or email form... My workaround is to add the expected delivery date again into the note box of the Purchase Order form on the email page right before I send it.

Yes, I agree 100%. I am really concerned about Square's ability to address fundamental issues with doing business. The expected date is a KEY piece of information when cutting a PO to a resource. It is beyond me that the info can be entered when putting the PO into Square, but does not appear on the file (PDF) that is emailed to the resource. Square, it is time to address your misses and fix the issue.....
