The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: Canceling
I’m sorry this seems too simple for this format but I couldn’t find it anyplace else. How do I cancel Square for Retail. I just like to continue to use Square on a rare occasion but don’t need all of the advanced features. My free trial probably ends now.

Hello @Pamack
I see this is your first post on our Seller Community, welcome!
I'll be happy to guide you on how to cancel a subscription with Square (all are managed from the same place for your convenience).
You simply need to visit your Square Dashboard, go to Settings > Account & Settings > Business information > Pricing & subscriptions > Click "Cancel service" next to the subscription you need to cancel.
This article also contains helpful information on how to manage your subscriptions with us, including how to pause them.
Hope this information is helpful!
Thank you ✨

Thank you for your welcome and quick response! I am actually loving Square! However for now my needs are modest! There is nothing in the subscriptions to cancel but it was my understanding that the Square for Retail with all of the (advanced) features that came with set up as a one month free trial. I just don’t need all of that now but I need to run cards on occasion. I thought if I didn’t cancel the “Square for Retail it was an automatic rollover.
