We tried Postmates as a delivery option - out of the 10 deliveries, 3 were a problem that the customer contacted us about - way too many problems for our limited staff to get involved with. I like the idea of a no contract option but we just can't afford the time to deal with the problems these low paid, un-trained drivers are causing. So, no more delivery option from our side - if the customer wants to contract with someone, that's up the them...
Maybe Square can encourage Postmates to do a better job???

Sorry to hear about your experience with Postmates. I'm sure that's not the experience they want you to have. I would suggest reaching out to their Support Team with feedback, and some details on your experience. They may be able to look into this further.
