Pls help! Tracking, item , review related questions

  • My customers don't receive tracking in their item shipped email
  • No place to look for their tracking
  • No way to post video along with item
  • No customer account - login option
  • We can't add existing review from amazon or previous website

Hey! Sorry to hear about all the trouble with your orders. When you send an order are you clicking "mark as shipped" or are you clicking "create shipping label?"
