Is there a way for square to have duplicate SKU?

Is there a way for square to have duplicate SKU? I've tried to export and import. However, it does not allow me. It keeps showing alert saying. "There is a duplicate token in the following rows: [395 400]. Please confirm all tokens are unique and try again."

If you're using Square Point of Sale you can't have duplicate SKUs and you'll see this error. Instead of creating separate items with the same SKU you could create variations of that item.

However, if you're using Square for Retail you can have duplicate SKUs. Square for Retail is a separate app with a paid subscription. You can read more about Square for Retail online to see if it's suitable for your business.
