House Account Payment

I recently started implementing the new house account feature. Customer racked up roughly $1000 in charges, came in and paid but now it’s not showing on my transactions, balance to transfer or anywhere. It says $0 balance on her account so I know the payment went through but when/how do I see this money?

This does sound off, but it's difficult to pinpoint what may be happening without looking at your account and transactions with you, which we aren't able to do via the Seller Community.
