Looking to use Square as a all in one tool - CRM for follow ups / reaching out / etc, invoicing, inventory, emailing etc...
Has anyone been successful with "doing it all" within Square?
I have WAYY too many other apps / programs and need it in ONE easy place...

I'd take a look at our Customer Engagement options. We offer Loyalty and Marketing programs which allows you to engage your customers via email and social media, and create loyalty rewards for existing customers.
@pessosices, any input here? As a super seller, Pesso uses quite a few of our products to run his business.

Is there a way to set up a follow up system for a customer and use a calendar with it?

Do you know if there is a way with Square to setup a notification "x" amount of days after a purchase to pop up and let us know its time to follow up with that customer to check if they were happy with their item / service? Ive looked through the Customer Engagement stuff, and i don't see anything like that in there.
If it is not built in, is there software that integrates with square purchases to do this?
I think this would be a great addon to Square's Customer Engagement - if we can do a product request with square.

You can definitely do most things through Square!
Basically the only thing we don't use Square for is Employee Scheduling.
You can totally use it for invoices, inventory, marketing emails, and more!
There are plenty of new features coming that are in Beta right now too!
We love that it's an all in one system, so our customers have a consistent experience, and we get to manage it all in one place!
What other apps & programs are you using?
Square can do a lot!
I am currently trying to use Trello for to-do lists, ideas and more. Then starting to build a CRM in Trello as well (I have been through 3 other CRM systems that were just too much data entry), Mail Chimp for marketing emails, Canva for graphics...
I would love to consolidate as much as possible!!

Yes,
There is a place for each client that says NOTES below past appointments. It allows you to make a note and choose a reminder of None, Tomorrow at 9:00 am, In one week at 9:00 am, in one month at 9:00 am, or you can set a custom day/time. Also, if you chose one of the template day/time, you can still edit it as to date and time.
